Bag a Cecil Stunner!

Cecil McBee is Japan’s behemoth of a girly fashion brand – practically every Japanese girl I’ve met has at least a couple of items from McBee, and with their ‘cute, sexy and elegant’ style, it’s easy to see why. Found in locations from Hokkaido to Hyogo, Tokyo to Tochigi, Cecil McBee is a fashion force unto itself.
