From pre-Raphelite beauties to intricate book covers, Masayuki Ogisu is a master of capturing the inner essence and style of his subjects.

Style is what it’s all about with Ogisu, working abroad in Europe and and the US and having now returned to his native Japan, his range of influences result in a gorgeous amalgamation of  classic and modern illustration. Although his work has been mainly commercial (magazines, advertising campaigns), Ogisu’s use of colour and line set him apart from more standard faire. A must-see for anyone interested in fashion & illustration!
