Fun is a word that been missing from fashion for far too long, but never fear! W♥C is here!

From cute characters to kitsch prints, the brain-child of Wakatsuki Chinatsu is most definitely fashion at it’s fun, fabulous and flirty best. I love her irreverent takes on character-based goods, and her scatological sense of humour – I wish I had the guts to wear the ‘pee & poo’ jeans seen above!

Aside from the upbeat designs, what’s really got me respecting Ms W♥C herself is her spring/summer collection mission statement: Fashionable young people long for abroad… But one side of me says, ‘wait a second, pay more attention to Japan’, and another says ‘I want foreigners to know’. W♥C’s summer, these two wishes clashed with each other. This is great statement that rather echoes the ethos of tokyotelephone.com! Chinatsu, you have my full support, and a large part of my heart & paycheck!
