Former Sads frontman Kiyoharu has recenlty been equally busy as a fashion designer as he has been in the recording studio, and when you consider the close relationship that the music scene enjoys with the street fashion of Harajuku this can come as no surprise.

The latest collaboration to catch my eye is his work with Harajuku style favorite Justin Davis.  Apparently created in the likeness of his beloved (and very cute) dog Mary, this pendant comes in at 60000 yen and has the quality of materials and of finish that we have come to expect from JD

Not quite in line with my look ( I could imagine Rebecca taking a shine to it) but I cannot deny the high-jewelery level of craft that has gone into it, and I might just admit that it is pretty damn cute.

Far more my style is this amazing watch crammed with onix stones that give it a classy, not blingy finish that would work well with a suit – 200000 yen.

I love the subtle crown detailing on the hands of the watch, but I can’t help but think it would look more striking without the extra dials.  Very nice indeed and no doubt I will bring you more Justin Davis collaborations as they happen.
