Animal Worship are pretty unique in the Japanese silver scene in that they have successfully managed to maintain enviably broad appeal while being incredibly specialised. Their niche is to expand on western classical jewelry and run with it in a thoroughly edgy way that fits with a black on black gothic fit, classic biker or even a Mori girl on her way to Grimoire. In their work they bring together Venetian vanity jewelry, Catholic religious imagery and even German hunting motifs into one cohesive old-world package. But make no mistake, this is not twee whimsical frippery, this has teeth and it will grab you.
