Hello!
Tokyo Telephone is the brain-child of Samuel & Rebecca; conceived on a train, and born on the 6th April 2010. We met at university (studying Japanese-related things), and bonded over our respective tales of shopping and debauchery in the land of the rising sun.
Our main aim is to show you that being a tourist in Japan can be more than the usual temple, cherry blossom, temple, geisha, temple, cliche. Every other visitor information site can tell you about cheap flights, sake and soba, but we’d like to show you the cool restaurants, the art galleries and tucked-away boutiques.
In short, we want to show you why we love Japan, we think you’ll love it too.
